3. Contest Rules and Gameplay

Contest Participation:

• Contests are skill-based fantasy sports competitions
• You must build lineups within the contest budget constraints
• Points are awarded based on real player performance in actual tennis matches
• Scoring rules are detailed in our Point System page
• Contest entry deadlines must be met - late entries will not be accepted
• Lineup changes are only allowed before the contest lock time

Fair Play:

• You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• You may not collude with other users to manipulate contest outcomes
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent contest entry limits
• Violation of fair play rules will result in account suspension and forfeiture

4. Scoring and Results

• Points are calculated based on official tournament statistics
• We use reputable sports data providers for accurate scoring
• In case of data errors, we reserve the right to correct scores and adjust standings
• Final results are determined when all matches in the contest period are complete
• Disputes regarding scoring must be submitted within 48 hours of contest completion
• Our decisions on scoring disputes are final

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post offensive, inappropriate, or spam content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the platform in any way that could damage our reputation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software, code, and functionality
• Design elements and user interface
• Scoring algorithms and contest formats

are owned by StylePlay Fantasy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Absolute accuracy of scoring data
• That defects will be corrected
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components

You use the platform at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StylePlay Fantasy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
• Technical malfunctions or data errors
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party actions or conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, if any.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Age verification failure
• Inactivity for extended periods
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and contest history.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
